Register your Booth Online at www.bcfpaevents.ca by April 1, 2018.
Exhibitor Name Badge Registration Form - register your exhibitors (for Name Badge Printing) by April 1, 2018.
A password to access the site is included in your confirmation email.
2018 FoodProWest Exhibitor Kit - LEVY - Please have your Show Orders Submitted and Paid by June 7, 2018 to qualify for discounts.

PSAV is the exclusive provider of electrical services at The Westin Bayshore - Electrical is not included in the exhibit space.

ALL Exhibitors are asked to check in at the Registration Booth from 5pm-9pm on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018 to pick up your badges. Set up time is from 5pm-9pm - June 20th.
The Registration Booth is located at conference centre entrance, just off the elevators. Once you are registered, you will not have to re-register on event day.
SHOW HOURS – EXHIBITORS
FoodProWest - The Future of Food will be open to exhibitors at 8:00am (registration) on June 21st. Exhibitor badges must be worn.
SHOW HOURS - Thursday, June 21 Processors & Associates - 9am – 3pm
