BCFPA Breakfast Series: Leadership for Optimal Cultures

April 11th, 2019 from 8:00am-11:00am

The Executive Suites Hotel at 4201 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby

A company's culture defines its business -- its brand, its profitability and the well-being of its employees. With 64% of employees feeling like they don’t have a strong work culture many companies miss the mark when it comes to creating engaged and thriving workplaces.

In this month's leadership breakfast, Casey Miller and PJ Wiese of Six and a Half Consulting will host a two-part session.  First, an engaging skill-based mini-workshop outlining the ingredients necessary for vibrant cultures with a focus on Emotional Intelligence.  Then, they will host a panel discussion with industry leaders on how emotional intelligence impacts their leadership for optimal cultures.

Panel Speakers

Mike Nunn, VP Operations of Ideon Packaging (2018 Leadership Award Winner)

Chris Ball, CEO of Reliance Insurance

Jasmine Byrne, Vice President of Big Mountain Foods

Ian Walker, President of Left Coast Naturals and Hippie Snacks (2016 Leadership Award Winner)
