Alignment issues in performance management, leadership behaviours and conflicting values affect profitability. Performance and cultural alignment is the leader’s responsibility to optimize the performance of the team, and to make their business more profitable and predictable. CEO's, Owners and Executive teams - This one is for you!

Session Objectives

Three objectives will improve your company’s culture to get long term, sustainable results.

1. Point out areas in all organizations where some degree of misalignment exists – so you know where to focus your efforts.

2. Introduce a concept called the Management Performance System, which aligns expectations of all employees towards the company’s singular goal

3. Strategies, tactics and ideas you can apply to your business to bring about greater alignment, leading to greater predictability and profitability.
