Succession Planning is an important yet overlooked process for most companies.  Research shows that 86% of organizations believe leadership development is one of their most important challenges, yet only 10% believe they have a succession program that really works!  Succession Planning may not be viewed as “sexy” although it does not need to be complicated and boring.

Succession Planning is a critical HR strategic function that identifies and develops future leaders at all levels.  We will host an interactive session to discuss “best practices” and what leading companies are doing to map internal talents with future business needs.
