To support their growth, the WeLoveVan Inc team is looking to bring onboard a sales professional with reach into the big box grocery chains. As the new Sales Specialist, you understand the grocery world and come to the table with some solid contacts. You will leverage these contacts to ensure that all products sold are promoted, advertised and merchandised in adherence with company philosophy and practices. You will support the leadership by providing knowledgeable insight on industry trends and consumer buying patterns as part of the strategic planning process.
WeLoveVan Inc is looking for someone with integrity. Therefore, you are known in the industry for doing your research to promote top quality products. You are comfortable with sales quotas and in working with limited budgets within an entrepreneurial environment. Over time, the company is looking to bring their product offering to other cities who are ready to show their pride in locally produced products and as a result, this role will eventually grow into a Regional Manager positions as part of the expansion.
To be successful in the role, as the new Sales Specialist, you need to be a natural relationship builder who treats everyone with respect. You take the initiative to listens to customers and bring their feedback back to the office. You are committed to providing customers with top quality products with a “we truly deliver what we promise” mindset. You are ideally someone who loves being on the road and gets excited about visiting each store to ensure that customers are happy, sales quotas are being reached and displays meet expectations.
