Announcing! BC Food and Beverage Awards Gala Dinner Menu 2019
The BCFPA and the innovative Chefs at the Westin Bayshore Hotel are proud to announce the BC Food and Beverage Awards Gala Dinner menu, carefully crafted with unique and locally-sourced products supplied by our wonderful Members. We encourage you to try this new menu exclusively designed for this event that will surely impress guests. Explore new twists on traditional cocktails, delectable vegan options, and new products inspired by diverse cultures and far-away countries as we announce the winners of the 2019 BC Food and Beverage Awards!
COCKTAIL RECEPTION & CANAPES
For our 4:30 PM cocktail reception, guests can enjoy six appetizers, including a Signature Cocktail featuring Central City Distillers’ Sparrow Rum and Culture Kefir Co. Activated Charcoal Infused Water Kefir.
Canapes include: Western Sage Maple Honey glazed “pig wings”, Triple Smoke Foods - Butchers Blend beef striploin skewers, Nanak Foods Masala pops, Dahi kebabs and Spinach Roll, and Culture Kefir Co Mango Ginger Crab Rolls. The Gala's 3-course dinner offers 2 options for our appetizer salads, main entrees, and dessert.
