Unnecessary travel and social gatherings are being restricted across Canada. As the virus advances, employers are staring down decisions on social distancing, work-from-home policy and crisis communications with employee health and safety top of mind.

David Reiter is a partner with Aird and Berlis in Toronto. Katie Robertson is an emergency and crisis communications management expert with more than 15 years of experience in the communications industry.
